Business Model
  • What will you be selling?
  • How will you source the raw materials/infrastructure?
  • How will you source the skill sets needed?
  • Who is the customer?
  • How large is the market?
  • How will it be delivered to customers?
  • How will you find customers?
  • Who will run the company?
  • Why are the above leaders credible in this position?
Business Plan
  • How much cash do you need at each stage?
  • What return will your idea provide?
  • How fast do you plan to ramp up?
Strategy
  • What substitutes are there for your product/service?
  • Why is your product/service unique?
  • What competitive advantage do you have?
  • What barriers to entry exist for others?
  • How will you maintain them?
